What is included
All DVDs are presented in a beautiful white leather-bound, book-shaped case with a burgundy interior. The cover will feature the words 'Our Wedding Day' printed in gold italics. The actual disk will display an image of wedding rings on the front alongside the names of the couple and the date of their wedding. The DVD will include an interactive chapter menu and an end-montage of the day’s highlights. Although not included in the wedding packages, all clients have the option of incorporating childhood videos / photographs and footage taken from the honeymoon. This can be added onto either package at a small extra cost.
The Booking Process
- A standard non-refundable £150 booking fee will be paid within seven days of booking to confirm date (this is included in the wedding package costs)
- I will meet informally with the couple to discuss wedding requirements.
- Where applicable, I will attend the wedding rehearsal.
- For payment, I will require an address, telephone number and email address
- I will travel outside of Northern Ireland if required. Additional costs for this will be reasonable and discussed prior to booking.
The small print
Terms and Conditions
A standard non-refundable £150 booking deposit must be paid within seven days of contact to confirm booking of the wedding date. This will not be refunded should anything happen between the booking and the actual wedding. During the pre-wedding meeting, both parties will discuss the filming process and outcome. A document must be signed agreeing to the terms and conditions of Timeless Productions. This effectively acts as a guarantee for both parties. Payment will take place on or before the day of the wedding to the amount agreed upon at the time of booking. If paid by cheque, the completed DVD will be delivered once the cheque has cleared.
- Timeless Productions own the copyright to all filmed material (where applicable, this excludes the raw honeymoon footage provided by the bride and groom).
- Permission for use of material must be granted by Timeless Productions.
- The DVD can only be reproduced by Timeless Productions.
- Permission must be obtained from Timeless Productions for public viewing of the DVD.
- Filmed material will not be advertised by Timeless Productions unless permission of subjects is granted.
